She was predeceased by: her parents, George Patterson and Mariam Patterson (Braydon); her husband Herbert Mitchell; her children, Mary Peterson, Ronald Mitchell, Dennis Martel and Joanne Martel; and her grandsons, Jeffrey Peterson and Jarrod Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Martel and Clement Martel; her grandson Jason Mitchell (Laura); her great grandchildren, Jade and Anna; her grandchildren, Dawn, Heidi Peterson, Tiffany, Jennifer and Aaron Martel; and her close friend Thomas Duffy. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
