He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carter and Blanche Carter (Cote); and his daughter Denise Carter. He is survived by: his wife Joan Carter (LeBlanc) of Leominster; his children, David Carter (Martha), Daniel Carter, Dennis Carter (Laura), Dean Carter (Shelley) and Donna (Horatio Easton); his sister Carol Palmer (Clayton) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Michael Carter, Nicholas Carter, Jessica Carter, Danielle Carter, Erik Carter, Andrew Carter, Sarah Carter, Matthew Carter, Jennifer Easton, Charles Easton, Sarah F. Easton and Michelle Carter; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Shelton and Joseph.
