He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo and Domenica Aveni (LoCicero); and his siblings, Louie, Rosario, Anthony, Joseph, Maryann and Josephine.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Stickel of Shrewsbury, Michael A. Aveni of Portland and John T. Aveni of Haverhill; and his wife Mary J. Aveni (Geary). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
