He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Kistner, Sr. and Laura M. Kistner (Bedient); and his siblings, Patricia Mayo, Marilyn Velardi, Janice Pryor and William Kistner.
He is survived by: his wife Kristen L. Kistner (Whitney); his children, David J. Kistner and Elizabeth A. Kistner of Leominster; his brothers, Mark Kistner of Leominster and James J. Kistner, Jr. of South Weymouth; and his grandchildren, Kali R. Ramos and William C. Chase, III. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
