He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles N. Ouellette and Rose Ouellette (Rousseau); and his siblings, Norman Ouellette, Robert Ouellette, Roland Ouellette, Lucille Casavoy, Estelle Lawrence, Doris Colburn and Viola Manzer.
He is survived by: his wife Arline Ouellette (Lakutis); his children, Paula (Paul Godin), Charles (Gail Ouellette) and Steven (Dale Ouellette); and his grandchildren, Luke Godin, Jeffrey Godin, Andrew Ouellette, Shawn Ouellette, Rochelle Butler and Rene Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
