He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Matti Leppaniemi and Lydia Leppaniemi; his wife Gertrude; and his children, Eric Lepp (Karen, Sandra Serfass), Kristen Kieda and Matthew Lepp. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
