She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luigi Chiarelli and Chiara Chiarelli (Leoni); her sons, Rand Refrigeri (Judith) and Michael Refrigeri (Jayne); her grandchildren, Rand J. Refrigeri Jr., Christopher J. Refrigeri, Lisa Silun (Refrigeri), Susan Refrigeri, Laura Refrigeri and Amanda Refrigeri; her great grandchildren, William Refrigeri, Robert Refrigeri, Leo Silun, Calvin Silun and Santino Silun; her siblings, Medio Chiarelli, John Chiarelli, Nina Valera (Chiarelli) and Viola Cosimi (Chiarelli); her husband Ugo Refrigeri; and her siblings, Mary Renzi (Chiarelli), Elizabeth Marchetti (Chiarelli), Anita Mazzaferro (Chiarelli), Quintina Angelini (Chiarelli) and Patsy Chiarelli.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to the Joslin Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA, on behalf of Alice Refrigeri.
