She was predeceased by: her husband David B. Hayter; and her broth John Hathaway of Warren, MA.. She is survived by: her adoptive children, Leslie Maxfield of Klamath Falls, OR and James Hayter of Plymouth, MA.; her grandchildren, Laticia, Grace, David, Brendan and Amanda; her sister-in-law Ann Phillips of Lenox; her niece Grace Cardillo; and her nephew Hathaway.
