Blanchard (Norma) of Manchester, NH, Andrew J. Blanchard (Elizabeth) of Andover, Ellen Potter (Charles) of Harpers Ferry, WV and Mary A. Blanchard of Washington, D. C.; his granddaughters, Fiona, Olivia and Ava Liebman; and his parents, Philip J. Blanchard, Jr. and Ellen E. Blanchard (McKeon). He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
