We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 87, John Joseph Cooney of Leicester, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cooney and Gertrude Cooney (Doyle); and his siblings, William, Grace, Mary, Dorothy and James Cooney (Worcester).
He is survived by: his siblings, George (Auburn), Edward (Millbury) and Gertrude Collins (Hudson); and his sister-in-law Paula Cooney. He is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews, the children.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, there will be no formal calling hours.
