She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Katz and Sadie Katz (Miller); her husband Harry Chaifetz; and her former husband Irving Zuckerman. She is survived by: her stepsons, David Chaifetz and Richard Chaifetz.

“My sincere sympathy for your loss. I met her at Shaarai West Shul. Every time we met she always had a smile and only nice things to say. Unfortunately my last visit was in 2020 when we brought her a Shalach Manos bag from Shul. Even with her struggles She knew exactly who I was and wished all my family the best. The best to all of you.”
