She was predeceased by: her sister Bernice Klem. She is survived by: her children, John Hay (Carol), Anthony Hay (Diane) and Cheryl Pierce (John) of Worcester; her brother Leo Tamkus of Wheelwright; and her parents, Anthony Tamkus and Benadicta Tamkus (Liakus). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
