William Morrissey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Morrissey of Lee, Massachusetts, born in Elmhurst, New York, who passed away on August 1, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis B. Morrissey and Mercedes Kennedy Morrissey; his great-nephew Cameron; his wife Mary Hayes Morrissey; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Plourde and Edmund Hayes (Susan). He was also cherished by eleven nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
A sincere thank you to the staff at Craneville Place for their dedicated care of Bill for 16 months during this Covid 19 pandemic.
Donations, in Bill's memory, may be made to St. Mary's Church or Berkshire Hills Council 314 Knights of Columbus in care of the Kelly Funeral Home, 3 Main St. Lee, MA.
