He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leo O'Neil, Sr. and Ruth Craig O'Neil (Blanchard); and his brothers, Charles and Kevin O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Campos O'Neil; his children, Michael, Daniel and Katherine O'Neil (Brooks); his grandchildren, Chloe, Lila, Charlotte, Caden, Penelope, Leonardo and Audrey; and his sister Sally Testa (John) of Acton, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
