She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marchant and Ethel Watkins Marchant; and her children, Danny Purvis, Ricky Purvis and Debra Sue Purvis.
She is survived by: her son Mike Purvis; her daughter-in-law Kristi Purvis of Berrien County; her daughter Kimberly Varnadoe; her son-in-law Thomas Varnadoe of Omega; her sister-in-law Carol DiGregorio of New York; and her nieces, Jeannie Parker of Acworth and Jan Kitchens of Omega. She is also survived by six grandchildren and their spouses, Lee and Brandi Varnadoe, Dallas Purvis, Austin and Dana Purvis, Lance and Carlie Purvis, Jake Purvis and Ken and Christi Croft; nine great-grandchildren.
