She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. "Buz" Aldrich and Ines M. Mead Aldrich; her son David T. Dobson II; and her sister Mildred Thomas. She is survived by: her husband David Ward; her children, Deborah Dobson of Ledyard, CT, Dean (Judith Dobson) of Pittsfield and Daniel Dobson of Dalton; and her grandchildren, Dawn Janssen, Jason Necker, Jamie Dobson, Trisha Dobson, Sharon Wong, Derek Dobson, Lisa Dobson, Michael Dobson and Joseph Smith. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
