He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester C. Garlow and Alice V. Garlow; his wife Leslie Rudolph-Garlow; and his daughter Lisa L. Garlow. He is survived by: his son Eric J. Garlow; his brother Tamarack Garlow (Annie Brody); his nephew Jakob Garlow-Kent of California; and his niece Malika Kent Limon.
