He was predeceased by: his parents, William Halloran and Rita Halloran; and his sisters, Dorothy Woodworth, Bernice Becotte and Eileen Crowley.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Halloran (Hanley); his children, Traci Mambro (John) of Merrimac, MA and William Halloran (Matilda) of Amesbury, MA.; his grandchildren, Patrick, Freddie and Michaela Halloran; his brother Frederick Halloran; and his sister-in-law Mary Keleher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
