He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Morneau and Pauline Morneau (Goulet); and his sister Linda Girard. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Mayo (Michael) of Belmont, NH, Christine Saab (Greg) of Haverhill, MA and Rick Morneau of Idaho. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
