He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Belkus (Dorsey); his brother Bill; his children, Lisa Tower of Ayer, MA, Richard Belkus (Laurie) of Salem, Jason Belkus (Aliali) of Methuen, MA and Laura Bellia (Sal) of Windham, NH.; and his granddaughter Amara Juliann Belkus.
