He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar William Sr. and Clora Lindsey Kuenstler; his siblings, Roy Edward, Lillie Fay, Beatrice, James Albert'Bud', Patsy Lou and Gary Wallace (Murrell); his son Kurt Wallace; and his grandson Sean Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Carol June; his daughters, Terri Lynn (Owen Jones) and Tonja Lea; his grandchildren, Tara Lea (Stephen Scansaroli), Kurt William, Josie June and Wyatt Owen; his great grandchildren, Piper Lea and Lexi Ann; his sister Joyce Joann'Ann'; and his sister-in-law Shirley Cagle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
