He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Ortiz and Luz-Maria Caraballo. He is survived by: his children, Norman Ortiz Jr. of Hartford, Connecticut., Shani of Hartford, Connecticut., Candice of Hartford, Connecticut. and Daniel Ortiz of Hartford, Connecticut.; and his brother Manuel "Junior" Ortiz.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. (3532 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014).
