He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Alvarez (Chase); his daughters, Alexandra Alvarez of Haverhill, Hannah Alvarez of Haverhill and Rachael Alvarez of Haverhill; his stepdaughter Darlene Brown; his stepgrandchildren, Derek, Julianna and Madyson; his sister Eleonora "Chona" Alvarez Soldevila of Spain; and his nieces and nephews, Joan, Jordi, Desiree and Denisse.
