He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret O'Brien (Morgan) and Joseph O'Brien; his wife Theresa Bernice O'Brien (Tierney); and his siblings, Joseph "Buddy" O'Brien, Anna King, Barbara Pellerin, Mary Esile, Eileen Sirois and Margaret "Margie" Valcourt.
He is survived by: his children, Karen O'Brien (Donald Lacroix) of Alton Bay, NH and Kevin O'Brien (Lisa Robie O'Brien) of North Hampton, NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
