She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Welch and Lois V. Welch (Gill); and her siblings, Deborah Bartnick and Doug Welch. She is survived by: her husband Harold V. Scharn; her children, Amy Scharn (Matt Dube) of Daytona Beach, FL, Jennifer Scharn of Lawrence, MA, Melissa Coombs (Philip Coombs) of Sandown, NH and Daniel Scharn of Lawrence, MA.; her grandchildren, Kristen, Sammantha, Thomas, Kaitlyn and Brooklyn; and her siblings, Loring "Buddy" Welch and Tina Curlis. She is also survived by five greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephew.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home Inc. (122 Amesbury St, Lawrence, MA 01841). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
