It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Fichera of Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gennaro Somma and Bice Somma (Caraccio); her husband Fred Fichera; her pet Charlie Brown; her brother Dante Somma; and her brothers-in-law, Peter Fichera and Egidio Consoli.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Fichera and Stephen Fichera (Deborah); and her sisters-in-law, Edna Somma (Heafey) and Nancy Consoli (Fichera). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and a few dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to the Nevins MSPCA, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844 or to the charity of one's choosing.
