She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephrem Caron and Clara Caron; her husband Robert Devoe; her brothers, Donald and Philip Caron; her son Stephan Devoe; and her son-in-law Alfred Abate.
She is survived by: her sister Irene McDougall of Georgia, Her; her children, Vivian Abate of Methuen, Cathy Doyon (Bert) of Hooksett, NH, Nancy Libby (Bill) of Danvers, Michelle Ricci (Tom) of Groveland, Paul, Robert (Lois) of Florida and Michael Devoe of Salem, NH; and her grandchildren, Kerrie Abate, Anthony Abate, Jeff Abate, Andrea O'Connor, Robin Perron, Megan Libby, Suzanne Hachey, William LIbby, Michael Devoe, Keith Devoe, Jenna Devoe, Alex Devoe, Tony Ricci, Denise Doyon, Mark Doyon, Nicole and Danielle Devoe.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Levesque Funeral Home (163 Lafayette St, Salem, MA 01970). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (15 Hawthorne Blvd, Salem, MA 01970). A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the St. Mary Cemetery (226 North St, Salem, MA 01970).
