He was predeceased by: his parents, William Greene and Addie Greene (Fultz); his brother Herbert Fultz; and his grandson Stanley Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Jane Fultz (Thomas); his children, Toni Fultz of Haverhill, Joshua Theoharis of Haverhill and Adam Theoharis (Julia) of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren, Hakeem Hinton Fultz and Jamal Lambert; his great grandchildren, DeAndre Fultz, Malachai Fultz, Tony Fultz Lacen, Logan, Taylor Theoharis, Lydiah Fultz, Giovanni Pandelina, Margaret Fultz and Zephaniah Lambert; and his sisters, Shirley Fultz of Haverhill, Gloria Scott of Petersburg, VA and Elaine Greene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
