It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leander Davis of Lawrence, Massachusetts, born in Ayer, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W Davis II and Ethel Fleck Davis of Townsend, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Thornton Davis of Lawrence, MA.; his sons, Jerel Davis of Maynard, MA, Jason Davis of Gardner, MA and Kyle Davis of Lawrence, MA.; and his siblings, Howard W. Davis III (Bill) of Haverhill, MA, Jonathan Davis of Hudson, NH., Nancy Davis of Townsend, MA, Joanne Glanton and Martha Davis of Elgin, SC.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
