He was predeceased by: his father Charles Palermo. He is survived by: his mother Gae Palermo (Piazza) of Lawrence; his brothers, Richard Palermo of Lawrence, David Palermo of Plainville, MA and Michael Palermo of Foxboro, MA.; his aunts, Josephine (Ed O'Mara) and Rita (Bob DeFusco); his great-aunt Camy Piazza; and his close friend Karen Bodenrader.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jim's name can be made to American Lung Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
