He was predeceased by: his wife Helen V. DiBenedetto (Haynes); his son Vincent P. DiBenedetto; and his siblings, Nicholas DiBenedetto, Joseph DiBenedetto, John DiBenedetto, Armand DiBenedetto, Mary Campione, Luigi DiBenedetto, Ann Scalera and Nancy DiBenedetto.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn J. DiBenedetto (Amy Wright) of Atkinson, NH and Alan T. DiBenedetto (Dorothy) of North Andover, MA; his grandchildren, Glenn E. DiBenedetto (Leah), Erin Currier (Aaron), Andrea Korzon (Jeff) and Lauren Hufnagle; his great grandchildren, Michael, Kaileigh, Emma, Wesley and Kate; his great great grandchildren, Jaxson and Jamison; and his nephew Mount Vernon.
