She was predeceased by: her parents, Euthemia Christakos and Nicholas Christakos; and her husband Edward "Ted" P. Flanagan, Jr.. She is survived by: her child Kelly Martin (Jay); her grandchildren, Alexander and Victoria of Newburyport; her son Christopher (Giovanna) of Melrose; her grandchildren, Ryan and Kyle of Reading; her great grandchildren, Aidan and Christian of Melrose; her grandson Timothy (Karen); her great grandchildren, Emily, Jack of Windham, N. H and Helen; her brothers, Peter Christakos (Karen) of Pensacola, Fla. and Christos Christakos of Methuen; her siblings-in-law, Sheila Gagnon (James) of Chesterfield and Kevin Flanagan (Suzanne) of Reading; and her close friend Loretta Curtis of Methuen. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
