He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Packard, (Laverriere) and Albert Packard, Sr.; and his brothers, Albert Packard, Jr. and Bruce Packard. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Packard (Palermo) of Lawrence; his daughters, Brittany Cushing (Chuck) of Atkinson, NH, April Dinsmore (Michael) of Salem, NH and Sophia "Packard" Moody of Lawrence; his grandsons, Julian Dinsmore and Jack Cushing; his sisters, Linda Unger (Steve) of Merrimack, NH, Karen Gazzara (Mike) of Litchfield, NH and Lisa Marooney (Tim) of Manchester; and his sister-in-law Nancy Packard of Manchester.
