He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick F. Conway and Margaret Conway (McDonough); his wife Mary M. Conway (Marchand); his daughters, Colleen and Sandra; his brothers, Bernard and Bern; his brother-in-law John M. Corliss; his daughter-in-law Donna Conway; and his grandson Scott Dietrich.
He is survived by: his children, George Conway of Raymond, NH, Frederick III (Brenda) of Methuen, MA, Thomas (Judith) of Dracut, MA, Bernard (Justyne Hodgen) of Ayer, MA., Denise (James B. Goujon) of Haverhill, MA, Sara Conway of Methuen, MA and Lisa Conway Hudson (Raymond Vaillancourt) of Salem, NH.; and his sister Marguerite M. Corliss of Lawrence, MA. He is also survived by 89 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
