He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Whitehead and Genevieve Whitehead (Loik); his wife Shirley Whitehead (Harrington); his daughter Ruth Ann Whitehead; and his sister Barbara Tannalfo.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Douin (Vincent) of Sidney, ME, Michael Whitehead (Theresa) of Lawrence, MA, Rina Buote (Matt) of Salem, NH and Kyle Whitehead (Patricia) of Lawrence, MA.; his siblings, Justine Wesson of Tucson, AZ, George Whitehead (Joan), Andover and Joseph Whitehead of Lawrence, MA.; his grandchildren, Kerra Keene, Jessica Keene, Chad Keene, Trevor Buote, Madison Buote, Kyle Whitehead, Jr. and Travis Buote; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Abbott, Seth Abbott, Eli Keene, Kylee Keene, Peyton Clarke and Cora Gunst. He is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
