With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Carrington in Lawrence, Massachusetts, born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 6, 2025 at the age of 79. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Carrington and Sylvia Carrington (Noel); and his siblings, Shirley Brock, Muriel Kemp, Natalie Faxon, Sylvia McComiskey, Ralph Carrington and Frank Carrington.
He is survived by: his nephew Kylie; his children, David Jr. and Barbara Jean Carrington of Tampa; his sister Laurel Carrington Senter (Chuck) of Plaistow, NH; and his niece Diana Levis. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
