She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harold LaFountain, Edward Lafountain and Norma Lampman. She is survived by: her husband Walter; her daughter Sharon; her nephew Howard LaFountain; her friend Stephanie Barcher; and also Robak.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Sylvia's name to either Berkshire Humane Society or North Shore Animal League, care of the Dwyer Funeral Home, in her memory.
