She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Lahey and Elizabeth M. Lahey (Schneider); her husband Mario John DeMartino; her daughters, Sharon Ferguson and Anne Marie DeMartino; her brother Michael Lahey; and her former husband William Sample Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Diane Sample Quagliano (Kole) of Lanesborough, Andrea Wiepert (Larry) of Amherst, NY and Anthony DeMartino (Dawn) of Pittsfield, MA; her son-in-law James Ferguson (Brenda) of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Raina Virgilio, Ryan, Meaghan Stiles, Robin Stewart DeMartino, Jay Ferguson, Zachery Czubryt, Emma, Matthew Wiepert, Drew DeMartino, Anthony, Kurt and Kyle Quagliano; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Wesley, Julian, Eli, Leela, Declan, Arlo, Finley, Weston, Canaan and Meryn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Care in the Berkshires in care of the funeral home.
