He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Butterfield and Francine Butterfield (DeKnop); and his brothers, Donald and Bruce Butterfield. He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Battaglia); his children, Joelle Walker (Corey) and Joseph Butterfield (Malissa Mabie) of Pittsfield, MA; his granddaughters, Avianna Walker and Gianna Butterfield; and his siblings, Colette Downey, Jeffrey and Woodrow Butterfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
