He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Celentano and Mary Celentano (Presz); and his brother Edward Celentano. He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa Celentano of East Longmeadow; his former wife Patricia Cokely of East Longmeadow; and his siblings, Rosalie Girard (William) of Cheshire and Louis Celentano (Elizabeth) of Adams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
