He was predeceased by: his son David S. Siok; his sister Marcianne Siok; and his parents, Stanley Siok and Aldea Siok (Rosa). He is survived by: his caregiver Kevin B. Siok of Lancaster; his daughter-in-law Jill Siok of Holden; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kelly, Benjamin and Kolby Siok. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
