He was predeceased by: his father Charles Henry Blake. He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Blaney Anderson (Matthew) of Lancaster; his mother Alice Mary Blake Caparosa (Rothney) of Sterling; and his sisters, Sandra Dynice (Bob) of Lancaster and Debra Bianchi (Tom) of Winder, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
