He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Ellie"; his grandson James "Jimmy" Paschal; and his children, Deborah Barry (Robert) of Stoughton, William Gottwald, Jr. (Donna) of Berkley, Janet Driscoll (Dennis) of Lakeville, Richard Gottwald (James Harden) of Washington, DC, Susan Paschal (James) of Canton and Kevin Gottwald (Jacquelyn) of Easton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
