She is survived by: her fiancé Donald Mackiewicz of Lakeville; her children, Bill Costa of Fairhaven and Tammy Costa of Middleborough; her grandchildren, Hannah Rose, Nathan Costa and Corey Costa; her great grandchild Selah Rose; and her siblings, Carol Shurtleff of Taunton, David Shanks of Middleborough and Leona Hanson of Greensboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
