He was predeceased by: his son Robert Dean Hallgren, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jill Hallgren of Middleboro; his children, Dawn McSherry (Rick Litif) of Plymouth, Denise Petronelli (David) of Middleboro, Scott Hallgren (Larissa) of Middleboro and Sherri Hallgren of Raynham; his stepchildren, Tina Vaz (Peter) of Brooklyn, NY, Michael Murphy (Kristine Daniels) of Foxboro and Kristi Jewell (Adam) of Southboro; his grandchildren, Amanda Coelho, Corey Hallgren-DeGrace, Ariel Hallgren, Alexandria DeGrace, Joseph DeGrace, Zachary Hallgren, Maddison DeGrace, Greysen, Lyla and Lynden Jewell; his great grandchildren, Anthony Coelho, Ella and Jordan Hallgren; and his brother Kenneth Hallgren of Hollywood, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. Ruth McLain Hospice Home in Braintree, where Bob was cared for with grace and dignity in his final days.
