He is survived by: his wife Nicole Swartz (Colwell) of Lakeville; his child Kalyn Swartz of Lakeville; his sibling Dale Swartz (Ann) of Wareham; his brother-in-law Bryan Colwell (Heather) of Needham; and his nieces and nephews, Dale Swartz Jr. (Ashley) of Carver, Eric Swartz (Emily) of Falmouth, William Swartz of Colorado, Matthew Swartz of Colorado, Mason Colwell of Needham and Griffin Colwell of Needham.
