She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Putis and Ann C. Putis (Lakowsky). She is survived by: her husband Alfred E. Smith; her daughters, Jessica Smith of Warwick, Laurie Pierce of Lakeville, Amy Marion of Raynham and Beth Smith of Brunswick; her sister Doris Warren of Auburn; her nephew Dennis Warren; her great-nephew Michael Warren; her granddaughter Riley Pierce; her close friend Paul Favreau; and also Mark Dube.
