He is survived by: his parents, David Martin and Kimi Martin (Turley); his siblings, Jenna (Martin), Chris Mullen, Erica (Martin), Spencer Ricks, Andrea (Martin), Chris Wyss, Diana (Martin), Duncan Larsen, Garrett Martin and Alyssa Martin (Will Harmelink); and his nieces and nephews, Landon, Mary Claire, Hannah, Parker Mullen, Esther, Louisa, Frederick Ricks, Cora, Lucy, Eden, Owen Wyss and Willow Larsen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Boston Children's Hospital Trust in Levi Martin's behalf.
