Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joan leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur F. Newcomb; her parents, John H. Norris and D. Evelyn Norris (Sylvia); and her sister Evelyn Pinard. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen, Kevin and Gregory Newcomb; and her siblings, John Maltais, James Norris and Arlene Rollins. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
