She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McKeen and Grace McKeen (Barlow); her husband Eugene M. Shurtleff Jr.; and her sisters, Janice Senechal of Taunton and Judy Perris of British Columbia, Canada..

She is survived by: her children, Eugene M. Shurtleff III (Christine), Christy A. Hathaway, David H. Shurtleff (Janice), Gregory H. Shurtleff (Susan) and Rebecca G. Snowdall (Daniel). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
